People who may not qualify for state
assistance and/or those who need additional help stretching the
food budget, will find the following helpful.
Granite Falls Food Bank
215 S. Granite Avenue, Granite Falls
Open the second and fourth Wednesday of each month 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
The Granite Falls Food Bank also offers backpacks for homeless people, filled with ready-to-eat meals, gloves, toiletries, etc.
- Holy Cross Parish Outreach
Located in modular trailer behind parish hall
From Granite Falls, go approximately 4 miles West of downtown Granite Falls.
Holy Cross is on the left directly off Hwy. 92
Tuesday: 2pm - 4pm
Thursday: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Our Father's House Church Food Bank
402 S. Granite Avenue, Granite Falls
Open the first and third Friday of each month from 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
- Granite Falls School District Weekend Backpack Program, and Free/Reduced Lunch Program
During the school year, the Granite Falls Community Coalition sponsors a weekend backpack program for children and youth who need supplemental nutrition over the weekend. Please contact the child's school office for more information.
- Granite Falls Family Resource Center Emergency Pantry - available during regular hours of operation Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at 9424 Portage Street.
Marysville YMCA is offering one night with free dinners, showers, toiletries, etc for anyone in need.
