The first case in the United States of the new coronavirus COVID 19 was reported January 21, 2020 in Snohomish County, and continues to be a world wide pandemic.   The best way to protect yourself against this virus (or any virus) is by washing your hands frequently, cleaning surfaces daily, avoiding contact with infected people, and staying home if you feel sick.

DOUBLE SIDED FACE MASK WITH POCKETS FOR DISPOSABLE FILTERS

STRESS AND ANXIETY REDUCTION

It's normal to feel stress and anxiety during a crisis, particularly one we can't control on a wide scale basis.  Anxiety is running high across the United States and the world right now.   Taking daily steps to ease our stress is extremely important to our overall health.  Here is a short list of common stress reduction techniques:
  • Deep breathing
  • Exercise
  • Healthy eating
  • Sufficient sleep
  • Connecting with friends and family
  • Playtime -- adults need it too!
